Malena Putnam grows brands and community with strategy, storytelling, and social events. She owns two companies; Yay Dude, a media and marketing company focused on celebrating community and promoting small business and local events; and Chicks in Charge, a social networking and leadership club for women business owners and managers.
 
She has branded more than two hundred companies and products over the years and hosts five events per year to promote female friendships and women-owned businesses. She is the co-founder of SHE Leads, a women’s leadership conference encouraging women to lead a life they love. In 2022, Malena was named the Alpha Chi Omega Woman of the Year for Oklahoma City and was named as an honoree for 50 Women Making a Difference in Oklahoma City by the Journal Record.
 
Malena is a married mother of three and enjoys yoga, hiking, travel, wine and reading.

I’m an ENTP (The Innovator), Enneagram 7w8 (Enthusiast-Leader) so brainstorming ideas and coming up with new and innovative strategies for anything and everything is totally my jam.”

Jean Shinoda Bolen, M.D
is a psychiatrist, Jungian analyst and an internationally known author and speaker. She is a Distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, a former clinical professor of psychiatry at Langley Porter Psychiatric Institute, University of California Medical Center and a past board member of the Ms. Foundation for Women, the International Transpersonal Association, and the C.G. Jung Institute of San Francisco. She is the author of thirteen books in over one hundred foreign editions.  She is a NGO Permanent Representative to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women from the Women’s World Summit Foundation (Geneva), also represents Pathways To Peace, The Millionth Circle, Earthchild Institute, Women’s Perspective, and the International Public Policy Institute. She is in three acclaimed documentaries: the Academy-Award winning anti-nuclear proliferation film “Women – For America, For the World,” the Canadian Film Board’s “Goddess Remembered,” and “Femme: Women Healing the World.
